Sales Tax: The 6% PA sales tax will be applied to all applicable items. If you have a PA sales tax exemption license, please inform us before the auction closes and email us a photo or scan of your completed PA Tax Exemption Form, and we'll add it to your bidder registration. Payment: Your credit card will be charged at the end of the auction and a receipt emailed to you, unless - You're a first-time bidder with us: at our discretion we may charge your card. Otherwise, payment must be by cash, certified/cashier's check, or wire transfer. We will email you a copy of your invoice and payment details after the auction. Payment must clear/be finalized before merchandise pickup. - Your invoice is over $5,000: payment MUST be by wire transfer, certified/cashier's check, or cash. We will email you a copy of your invoice and payment details after the auction. Payment must clear/be finalized before merchandise pickup. - All merchandise must be paid in full within one week of the auction date. Merchandise Pickup at Briggs Auction: 1347 Naamans Creek Rd, Garnet Valley, PA 19060 - Saturdays: 9AM – 3PM with no appointment needed. - Mondays - Fridays: by appointment only - Auction Day pickup is not available. Storage Fees / Abandoned Items: - All items must be picked up or have pickup, delivery, or shipping arranged by November 29, 2025 before storage fees begin. - Any item remaining in our showroom after 60 days from the auction date will be considered abandoned.
